Just ten kilometres south of Seymour on the Hume Highway you will find the pretty town of Tallarook. Home to the start of the Great Victorian Rail Trail, Tallarook is set on the northern slopes of the Great Dividing Range. Just a short drive from Seymour, located on the Goulburn Valley Highway you will find the beautiful Trawool Valley. So significant is the beauty of this area and its imposing boulder outcrops, it is listed by the National Trust for scenic quality, geological and cultural significance.
